The Students and Staff in the Play Study Win program at the Al-Ihsan Academy have had an exceptional and an exceptionally busy month!
Firstly, they were the recipients of a behind-the-scenes tour of one of NYC's great institutions, the United Nations.
After that they met and engaged with Deputy Permanent Representative, Leila Lora-Santos from the Philippines Mission to the U.N.
Yesterday, they were honored at the NYC Junior Ambassadors culminating event, organized by The Mayor's Office for International Affairs... Phew!
